I have never heard of ONE Napkin before. Who are you??

We’re new! We launched out of a love for gathering and a desire to reduce waste and our environmental footprint. We’re actually a run by a group of passionate people at Resonance, a company that’s creating a sustainable and valuable fashion industry. Napkins are an amazing way for Resonance to reduce their own fabric waste — and to celebrate meals and everyday moments along the way.

How do I choose between the different materials that you offer?

Great question! Check out our Fabric Guide here.

When will my order be delivered?

We make everything on-demand, after you order it, and deliver it in around two weeks.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Dominican Republic. Shipping rates vary by country from $9 (USA) to $45 (Dominican Republic).

Can I return my napkins?

Of course! We have a 30-day return policy. You can see all the details here.

Why does it take two weeks to receive my napkins?

We make everything on-demand. That means there aren’t piles of napkins sitting in a warehouse, waiting to be thrown out at the end of the season (which is what happens to 30% of all textiles!!). To make the most sustainable napkin possible, we produce everything only after you buy it. Then, we use our premium materials, digital printing, and workers who all can make a living wage to send it to you as fast as possible. But, this kind of care can take a little extra time. We promise it’s worth it.

How is this a sustainable napkin?

First, making the switch from paper napkins to cloth saves trees, CO2, and money. And we all need more trees and money (and less CO2). And even when you compare ONE Napkins to other reusable napkins, our unique on-demand process means we make napkins with 50% less material, 97% less dye, and 100% less inventory than any other napkin out there.

How can you be sustainable with so many options?

None of these napkins actually exist until you order them. That means we can design and launch as many napkins as we want — without making anything at all. For you, this means an unlimited selection of napkins with absolutely zero waste.

What if I have an idea for a napkin design?

We’d love to hear it! Contact us and let us know what you’d like to see. Or, you can even launch your own brand.
