Founded by Colombian-Italian artist and illustrator Laura Trogolo, LAGRIOT is a nomadic design studio that transforms stories, places, and emotions into vibrant, illustrated textiles. Rooted in mixed-media painting, each piece blends visual richness with functionality. Inspired by the West African griot—the storyteller—LAGRIOT celebrates culture, contrast, and color through small-batch, locally produced scarves and tableware. Every design is a wearable or usable statement infused with joy, meaning, and the spirit of the landscapes that shape us.
