Greenwashing has ruined the meaning of “sustainability,” so we focus on accountability instead. We take responsibility for every single product we make (but we know "sustainability" works better in the menu, for now).

Getting to 100% accountability

  • Make only what’s needed

    An average of 30% of products that get made are thrown right into a landfill. We work with ONE, a revolutionary platform that means we never have to buy or make anything before you place your order.

  • Measure what we made

    We measure the exact CO2, water, energy, and material that goes into each product and are actively working to minimize the use of resources at every step. We already use 97% less dye, 70% water, and 50% less material than other napkin companies, but we think we can do even better.

  • Make our napkins last

    Not only are our napkins high-quality, but we offer care and repair instructions to help you make them last as long as possible. Need help washing to repairing? Email our hotline at hello@onenapkin.com.

  • Make something valuable with them at the end: unwaste.

    Unwaste is the radical act of making everything that could be wasted into something valuable. At the end of their life, we will make it easy to turn our napkins into new products. We’re not there yet, but a takeback program is coming.
